By making a booking with the ‘Green Arches’ Bed and Breakfast in Yeovil you are entering into a contract for which you are liable to make full payment for regardless of whether or not you make use of the accommodation.
Only those persons named on the Registration Form that you will be required to complete on arrival, are allowed to enter Green Arches B&B.
Should you wish to cancel your accommodation with less than 48 hours notice from 1400 on the first day of your stay, full payment of the final bill will be charged.
If we have to cancel your accommodation, for whatever reason, we will endeavour to find you alternative accommodation elsewhere in the area to a similar standard as ourselves. We will also pay for the difference (if any) for your stay in the alternate accommodation that we have organised.
You agree not to smoke anywhere on the property of Green Arches. You will be liable to pay the current market value for any damage that you cause either maliciously or accidentally to our property. We reserve the right to amend our Terms and Conditions and/or prices without notice. You will be billed at the price quoted to you at the time of booking. All vehicles, their contents and your personal effects are brought onto our property at your own risk – we accept no responsibility for any accidental or deliberate damage.
Check-in times are between 1400 - 2000
